Tracy Fisher Smith is a native of Somerset, KY. Although she lived in Pennsylvania for many years she returned to her home town in November of 2010. In January of 2011 she began working for the County Attorney's Office where she assisted the Prosecutors in the court room, worked with defendants with traffic violations and victims of crimes.

Tracy's assistance to me and my office is paramount. Her expertise in drafting and filing motions, preparing for trials, interviewing clients and her overall office management skills is one that has been proven to me over the years.

Tracy and her husband have 3 children between them. A daughter in law and son in law; but their pride and joy is their granddaughter Emilia.
